Family with Young Children
Dirty and smelly hotel and they gave us a room with one twin bed not a queen. This place has dirty dishes and mold on the bathroom walls. They did a touch up ain't job in the rooms with a darker shade of paint it looked so bad. We were told that we could not get our money back. Traveling as Couple
Good, traveler-friendly place. Although we did not cook, we liked having the fridge. The hotel guests were quiet -- we appreciated that. Also, all front desk ladies were really nice.

There was a hornets nest in my room and I did not know it. I was walking across the floor barefooted and I stepped on one and it stung my foot. I killed 6 and called the desk and they said someone would look into it. 45min later no one showed and I called again and they said that engineering was making there rounds and I told them I needed it took care of. 30min and still no one I showed up at the front told them the issue because I found a nest inside the room with about a 100 hornets and more on the back side of my room. The clerk did not seemed concerned. I finally found a maintenance man in the yard and he never knew I called he immediately tried to take care of the issue but there were just too many. He said it was a bad problem with the hotel. The bad thing is they were not going to move me to a different room so I had to make a scene to get it done. ...read more

Staff was very friendly. Check in and out were very quick. Location is easy to get to and safe. Nice showers, plenty of parking, comfortable bed. This hotel and all the hotels and restaurants around kept their grounds very well kept-up, trimmed and clean. ...read more

Traveling as Couple
Needs elevator. we were sent to the wrong section and carried our luggage to the second floor like they told us. Wrong room, had to go to the other side of the hotel and climb another set of stairs with our luggage. This was not the hotel we selected.
